Overview
ARR Atestate is a complete online platform designed to help professional drivers prepare for the official certifications issued by the Romanian Road Authority (ARR). The platform provides access to updated legislation, official question sets, and interactive quizzes, all tailored to different types of professional certifications.
The main goal of the project was to modernize the existing infrastructure, improve performance, and add advanced functionalities to support an efficient learning and testing process.

Challenge
The Challenge
The original platform already offered valuable content, but it lacked the flexibility, responsiveness, and functionality required for today’s users. One of the key challenges was implementing an intelligent testing and progress-tracking system without compromising the platform’s usability.
Security, speed, and the ability to easily update the content and legislation were also essential requirements.
Our Solution
We restructured the platform using the CodeIgniter MVC framework, focusing on performance, modular development, and long-term scalability. A complex testing system was implemented, including real-time validation, timers, and personalized feedback for users.
The admin panel was extended to allow fast question updates, content categorization, and activity monitoring. The interface was fully redesigned to work seamlessly across all devices, offering a clean and intuitive user experience.
