Scoala Rutiera
Overview
Școala Rutieră is one of the most comprehensive online platforms in Romania for theoretical driver education. It provides access to updated driving laws, road signs, official DRPCIV questions, and real-time interactive quizzes — all free to use.
The main goal of the project was to modernize the existing platform while implementing advanced features that improve both user learning experience and backend administration, without disrupting the original structure and content.

Challenge
The Challenge
The original platform already had a wide user base but required significant improvements in performance, usability, mobile responsiveness, and content management. In addition, new functional modules were needed to tailor the learning path for each user.
The biggest challenge was upgrading the system architecture without affecting the live user experience, while also delivering secure and scalable new features.
Our Solution
We refactored and optimized the backend using the CodeIgniter framework, ensuring high performance, security, and modular scalability. A dynamic quiz engine was developed with real-time validation, timers, and adaptive feedback based on user progress.
The platform now features a fully responsive UI, optimized for all devices. The admin panel was expanded to enable real-time management of questions, quizzes, statistics, and user performance data.
New intelligent functionalities were introduced, including:
